Founder & Principal
Our Founder is a manufacturing strategy and transformation leader with more than 15 years of experience across regulated biopharmaceutical manufacturing, operational excellence, quality, strategy, and business operations.
Her career has included leadership roles and transformation initiatives with Gilead Sciences, Kite Pharma, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Baxter.
She has worked across manufacturing operations, quality, strategy deployment, portfolio management, operational excellence, organizational change, and executive business operations.
Her approach combines the perspective of an operator, strategist, project leader, and change practitioner.
